A demonstrated ability to close business, in business development (preferably) or sales.

Proven success in a role with responsibility for achieving revenue targets

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prospecting for new leads and clients
Make sales calls
Prepare literature requests, proposals and mailers
Schedule and run appointments/meetings with clients
Follow up meetings and calls
Close new business

Skills, Qualifications, and Abilities desired:

Motivated, Goal Driven, Self-starter
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Real Estate Background/license a plus
Leasing Agent License a plus
Prior experience in HOA Management
Prior sales or leasing experience preferred

Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
Must pass background checks and drug screening

Miscellaneous administrative duties such as filing, faxing, phones, and mailings

DUTIES will include but not limited to:

Walking properties weekly for property inspections

Answer phones

General data entry

This is a part time position to start but looking for flexibility to work additional hours if needed.  Saturday availability on occasion is helpful.
